I was NOT very pleased with the service today. I dropped off my car around 11 and didn’t get it back until 5:30. With that being said, they did not give me the AAA discount until I repeatedly asked for it when I picked up my car.
Weeks before, I had an oil change and the same situation occurred where I dropped off my car in the morning and didn’t get a call back until the late evening.
This is very unacceptable for a loyal member that has repeatedly supported Longo Toyota.
