It's a very unique situation and surely needs to be discussed but I basically was thrown out of the waiting room wile my car was still being serviced. The woman that kicked not only my self but the few guest that remind by the name of Silvia was extremely rude. Has absolutely no customer service skills was unapologetic of the situation and down right nasty. In the 15 years that I've been going to Longo Lexus and Longo Toyota for our cars services and for our purchases I have never been treated in such a way. I understand that there are things beyond what the service rep has control over, I had to take 2 mornings off work to take care of a matter I feel Longo could have handled. The 2nd morning I was there a little over 2 hours. Dropping off loaner, getting my car, turning car into collision & picking up rental. Exhausting! It was a freak occurrence. & all David kept saying was to avoid all what I went through was pay serving upfront & get insurance to reimburse us..... obviously his concern was bonus/commission & not the fact that this was going to impact me. Other than that he was very nice!
