I had an appointment at 9:15, but Frank was able to take me in at 7:30 and guaranteed that my car would be completed by 9:30. That’s what you call fast service and especially its being on the weekend. The only thing I was disappointed was that my car was not washed due to unforeseen circumstances.

The trunk lock would not latch creating an emergency because my trunk would not close. I called Jim Palmer who delayed his lunch to assist me by getting the car in for service. Jim Palmer goes out of his way to assist Lexus customers and their only job vehicles. That was thoughtful and unexpected. Jim is a professional who believes the customer comes first.
