When I was informed that the car is ready, I requested that my transportation back to your facility be arranged. I was assured it would be done immediately. After more than an hour I sent a text to follow up. When I did not get a response after 15 minutes or more, I called only to find out somebody drop the ball. My trust in My trust in your efficiency was definitely diminished.

Robin Ho was great! He was very helpful and honest. If I had one negative to say my husband checked the oil you changed and at first he didn’t think you changed it because the dip stick was filthy. Future you might want to have the guys wipe the old black oil off the stick.

I initially took my car in for a 75000 mile service and was advised that the car needed to replace the right boot and therefore would also need to be realigned.
I gave them the go ahead to do the work. I had previously replaced the four tires and had done a realignment at that time.
You had a promotion discount for realignment and you also send me a discount for being a loyal client. When I tried to apply these discounts I was informed that it couldn’t be done.
I believe your advertisement is misleading and therefore I am disappointed with that part of your service.
At the end of the day our total bill was $838.39 and was able to use my discount .
