Service was great up until I went outside to get my car. No one asked me if I was waiting to get my car or if they can help me. I finally told them I’ve been waiting for a while to get my car. They said there was a problem in the computer. I didn’t believe him ...another gentleman after me got his right way.
Then when I finally did get my car ... it wasn’t washed. Yes, they gave me a coupon for a free wash ... but I’m not coming back just for that.
I had the feeling it was the end of the day and service was lacking. ????

Beau was great ! But the overall experience was horrible from asking for shuttle and then being told to get a loaner the wait was ridiculous. we got the loaner and had to get the car seat ???? out of my car we walked around a hot car lot only to be told out car was in the shop , I forget who helped get the car seat out of my car and brought it to me . When we came back Beaus credit card machine didn’t work and we were told to wait again because there was two people ahead of us. Beau was great and friendly and super knowledgeable!!! Five Stars ?? for him I also be giving him a positive online review . My bad experience is attributed to long wait time and checking out , also car was dirty because the car wash machine was down ? My other visits have been much better and flowed much easier .
