James was very helpful and I appreciate his customer service. There was a situation that occurred while I was waiting for the service dept to open. Several cars were queued up behind the portable baracades waiting. Someone drive around the queued cars and past the baracades... drove to the main entrance and parked. This person should have been removed from that area and told to return to the back of the line... he was not! In fact, he was served first! There is no way the service reps didn't understand what he had done as his car was the only car onthewrong side of the baracades. Your service reps need to be trained to handle this type of inappropriate behavior.
