Eric was helpful and a great representative of quality service. I appreciated his help and his sense of humor. I was originally told my car would be in for 3-4 hours when I made the appointment. When I got there, he was the unlucky one to tell me it would take all day and maybe wouldn’t be done until the next day. He couldn’t have handled the situation better - I give him a 5 out of 5!
