I was very satisfied with Frank, however, not with the pick up service. We had to wait for about 15 minutes before our car was delivered and the curbside attendant was not very attentive or engaged. When I told her that I received two messages saying that my car was ready she said those messages only meant that the service was done. Well, I received the message about an hour prior to picking my car up and I’ve never had to wait that long before. I believe she apologized for the wait, but she didn’t look away from her computer or offer any explanation. I didn’t feel that she cared at all.
