Took longer than initially informed; when scheduling the appointment, was told the appointment would take about an hour. Once there, was told it would take about 4 hours. However, the experience was fine otherwise. No other issues occurred.

Honestly, I wasn't completely satisfied but kind of disappointed because I told Mr. Ly that the steering wheel made weird sounds when it was turned to left and back to normal when driving. He said he would have the technician checked on it. However, there wasn't any feedback from him afterwards or any check result on report of the invoice. I believed he didn't request a check on it. I hope it's not because the scheduled maintenance is still under warranty. Overall, I like the advisory services provided by Mr. Ly, while he needs to remember what customers need.
