Im actually still waiting for a phone call back from Longo to no what was wrong with my car its been a year allready takeing my car to the dealer for the same issue till this date i havent had a good answer or has my issue been resolve i had a familly event this weeknd witch me and my familly could not assit because my car was at the shop u might say u guys gave me a looner yes and i thank you for that but my event was en Tijuana B.C witch i sign a contract i cannot take ur looner out of the country or state im really dissapointed with Longo Lexus i think im going to have to take this issue to another level i have ask for advice somewhere else i thank you Longo for the worst experiense ever

Very impressed with longo lexus! I didn't expect much on my way to drop off my car but i was treated great! Loaner experience was amazing and i got recommendations for service of my vehicle free of charge. Also love how they filled my gas tank which was a major plus! Will be hopefully looking into newer vehicles thanks to my experience with the NX loaner.
