I have been a Lexus owner for years and have been to three different Lexus dealerships in the Midwest, East Coast and West Coast. As a result, I have seen my fair share of Lexus Service Advisors (including a few at Longo Lexus). Since my career is in a field which requires the utmost level of customer service in order to succeed, I have high standards when I am the customer. That said, Frank Lorusso is the best Lexus Service Advisor I have had the pleasure of working with. Frank consistently goes above and beyond to provide stellar customer service during each visit. Whether it’s going over the details of service for the current visit (and what to expect the next visit), timely follow-ups on the status of service, remembering customer-specific idiosyncrasies (Frank will know what I am referring to) or checking for a missing umbrella in a loaner vehicle after service is complete, Frank is always pleasant, engaged, courteous, and invested in ensuring everything is done to my satisfaction. As far as exemplary Lexus Service Advisors go, Frank is at the top of my list. I even recommended Frank to my daughter (who also happens to be in a customer-facing field) for her first Longo Lexus experience. As expected, Frank treated her in the same manner, so he has yet another Frank fan! We schedule our vehicle service appointments based on Frank’s availability. Frank fans equals repeat Longo Lexus Service Customers. I rarely (if ever) respond to feedback requests, but deemed this specific one long overdue. Cheers to Frank Lorusso!

I am very disappointed with my last service experience. I do appreciate the loaner car but very disappointed that they were not able to fix it. Now I have to send it to your body shop and then they will send it back to the Lexus service? I will have to keep coming and dealing with it. Very inconvenient and time consuming.

Kelly was great! I didn’t realize the service I came in for typically takes a long time, but I told him I had to get back to take my mother to an urgent doctor’s appointment. I think he saw my dilemma. He really worked with me and got me out much earlier than expected. He took good care of me and I made it back just in time! Grateful for the excellent customer service!

Rene was very thorough and efficient ...things did not go as planned but he took care of it and everything turned out perfectly.

Robin was very patient in explaining the value of getting the car properly serviced. I was kept informed via text about the status of the service and I was called when the car was ready. Great service! Of course, I am used to this from Longo Lexus after purchasing and having serviced five lexus since 2000.
