I didn't get a text or call notifying me that my car wasn't going to be ready by Saturday. I dropped off my car on Thursday morning. The last thing Man Wong told me was my windshields were going to be changed and that I should get a text when my car was ready. I never heard back since then and that was on Friday 11/15/19 and now I have to wait till Monday to pick up my car.
