I make appointment to have engine ECU software update. I was told that I can picking up the car the same day. It would take 3 to 4 hours to have it done. Later I was told that they need to order the part. I think they know that I bring in the car for service and how come they did not make sure the part is available when the car come if for service. The invoice said they wash they car and the car did not get wash at all. The car is dirty inside and outside . They did not wash the car and claim it was wash in the invoice with no charge. I am not really have with the service advisor at all. Thank you
I would like to talk to someone there in regarding o experience there. I am not really have to leave my car for over night.

Spend $170 .I forgot to mention I am a aaa member. I should have received some discount. No other problem with my car after diagnosis. He advised me do not use cheap gasoline from Costco recommend use Chevron or 76 gasoline. Use regular 87 is OK don't need 91 octane
