" Lack of communication " when I returned to pick up my vehicle I had to wait at least an hour before I was able to get my car and leave I was First Told I'd have to come back tomorrow I come all the way from Hemet to have my car serviced I've always been pleased and satisfied with the service I received but yesterday I had to go through some changes before being able to get my car and leave something definitely should be done to correct this policy and better communication and Understanding From the Service Department On When I Should Be Back To Pick Up My Car
