Edger is very professional and contacted me a few times with helpful updates regarding problems I had been experiencing with my Lexus. Also, My drivers side leather seat is showing signs of prematurely aging only after less than 2 years . The leather is cracking and wearing. I am a small woman and the only driver and very careful about constant upkeep of my lovely Lexus. Edgar has submitted a request for replacement.
