There was complete lack of communication from the service team. I first came in with an appointment on 12/30/19 and after waiting 1.5 hours was told to leave and was told someone will call and reschedule the appointment. No one ever called me. Inspite of calling multiple times and even sending emails, I got no response. I finally called again and spoke to Robin who was helpful and I made another service appointment on 01/09/2020. I then was promised that my car would be returned on 01/14/20 by Jennifer. I again never heard back and got no communication as to the delay. I had to then call again on 01/17 and was told that the work would be finished by 01/20 as it had not even started. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service and specifically the lack of communication or status updates from the service manager. I have dealt with Audi (Pasadena) and Mercedes (Santa Monica) for the past 15 years and have never had to deal with such apathy from the service team. I expected better from the Lexus brand.

Mike's service was great. He's very friendly and polite. I don't have any problem with his service. However what I don't like is that I can't believe I had to wait for 4 hours for a simple "no fault has been detected so no repair are needed" The error was an software glitch occurrs on some but not all Lexus...

I think the Lexus navigator is not high quality. Compare to other same level cars, Lexus’ navigator coverage is very limited - especially at foothill area.
