Rodolfo was great. I reserved a loaner when I made my appointment but was not able to get one since there weren’t any available at the time of my appointment. But that’s on the dealership, not Rodolfo. He went out of his way to apologize for the inconvenience and ordered me an Uber home. I really appreciated him keeping me updated on the status of my car and I’ll give this dealership another try, only because of him.
