Your service is great, but $200 for an oil change is excessive. I may have to go to Jiffy Lube for the next one. The complimentary refreshments are nice, but you should also provide hot dogs considering what you charge.

James Palmer delivered excellent customer service and listened to my concern regarding my car. However, I discovered a scratch and some dent marks on my car. These marks were never there. Fortunately, Mr. Clem is able to investigate and will try to fix. Both James Palmer and Mr. Clem (service manager) are great.
