The worst services I have ever received. 1. The parts arrived on 1/10 and the rep has informed me that she would let me know when it arrived either on Wednesday or Thursday 1/15 or 1/16. However it never happened. I had to call back to check and found out that the parts has already arrived 5 days ago. 2. Terrible communication. I was informed that the diagnosis would take up to 2 hours, and it turned out to be 3 hours. The delay was due to the poor communication among each section. 3. Lack of training. The rep told me that I had warranty to cover the fix, however, I was still charged for $175 diagnosis fee. I have just received the refund. Why should I be charged if she already knew I had the warranty to cover the cost? 4. I constantly received the text from the Service Dept. about the status, which was great. However, when I called back, the phone was always on voice message. I tried 7,8 times and I had to finally gave up. I didn’t receive any response back on text either when I tried to text the rep. It was an one way communication. 5 after the repair, my dashboard and chair were dirty. I had to use cleaner to clean them. Longo used offer excellent services. I was so disappointed with this service. I will definitely consider other dealer next time.
