My agent was great but recently the routine procedure of going over what was done or the level of your breaks and tires has been eliminated, also I have always had my car returned to me looking nice and clean. Again this isn't directed at the young man who helped me nor about the 90K service just the extra customer service that seems to be diminished at Longo Lexus in general.

My car sat for hours after the techs examined it (I saw from the window when the took it off the racks and parked it) . I assumed it was going to be checked for something else but 4 hours later when I asked for an update, I was told that service could not be completed (alignment) until I purchased new wheels because the old ones were bent due to hitting the curb. The car was to be transferred to the collision center after my insurance adjuster didn’t an assessment on the car. It sat another three days on the service side. Someone dropped the ball! Very disappointing
