we causally talked to Clemente, in fact, we do not want to complain. I hope customer service and better communication could be improved. we had better service on our last visit.

Robin Ho was great, it was his day off when I picked up my car but everything was ready for me.
However, when I picked up my car, 2 parts of the steering wheel were in the cup holders. I had to ask someone what they were. A tech very quickly came out to attach them, that’s how I learned they belonged to the steering wheel column, but it shouldn’t have happened.

I received a phone call on Wed evening informed me my car is ready. On Thursday morning, I received another text message informed me my car will be ready in 15 minutes. After arrived, went through paperwork and my vehicle was pull-up by the attendance. Here’s the disappointment, after a week at the service center, the car looks dirty and never been wash. When I asked, the attendance who pull up my car said she has no clue why it wasn't wash ... I ended up having to wait for another 20 minutes for the car to get wash ... please pay attention to the detail ... 20 minutes may not be a lot; but it is valuable for someone like me who has a tight schedule.... don’t inform your client until the car is fully ready to go.
