My car is an older car. I had gotten a recall notice and had my airbag replaced. Eric informed me of other items that needed attention. I had just remembered that I still had 4 days left of an extended warranty. Eric was fantastic about contacting the insurance company and staying on top of the situation until fruition. I saved about $2K with Eric's diligence. I was also impressed with the Longo service dept in general. You're very thorough with taking care of business!
