I am very happy with the service I received. I appreciate receiving a loaner car so I can get my errands done. The one problem I had with my car was the left rear light was burned out. I did not have this problem before.

I was satisfied with the service given not only from Frank but those who helped me that day. Beau checked in my vehicle, processed my paperwork and got me out in a timely manner. Loan car vehicle service rep was patient, kind and helpful. I think Longo Lexus service reps who have assisted me were all great, especially Jennifer Nam who I was bummed when I found out she went to a different department. I am always satisfied with the service department of Longo Lexus; that is why I keep coming back.

Today was the first time I had been to a Lexus service department.i was completely satisfied with every bit of the service department. From drop off to pick up and then a call back to Frank to send me an email of the complete bill so I could send it to Carmax for reimbursement. One issue that was not resolved. My dash board is cracking was told that it’s a scratch.... Not a scratch. Car is only driven by owner...... Not scratched. But was told that dash board is no longer produced. &
