When I went to pick up my vehicle the service agent did not bother to go over what the diagnostic test showed and I had to have him called to speak to me and then he still didn’t review anything except to answer a direct question I had about a negative result on the test that was never brought to my attention nor was I ever given an opportunity to have it fixed.
Secondly, I brought an issue regarding the tire pressure light being on to the attention of the agent and when I picked my vehicle up the light indicator was still on.
