I just went in for a screw in my tire. I thought it would of been a big ordeal. However as usual frank came to the rescue and had me in and out in a jiffy. There are closer LEXUS dealerships to where I live, but I come back to Longo to have my car serviced because of Francis and his great customer service. The extra inconvenience of traveling a little further in return for the invaluable piece of mind that I get with Francis is well worth it.
