After being charged over $600 for what is basically a tuneup, I waited over 25 minutes for the valets to bring my car, which wasn’t even completely clean. I get that Longo is not a car wash, but getting a CLEAN car back is something I expect from a dealer with luxury service prices. I was told my car would be ready at 4 and left there at 5. After that price tag, expect to leave feeling that I’ve been treated like royalty. I’ll be shopping for alternative service providers next time.
