Man Wong has been a great service consultant and I am really happy with the service he provided. However, I am very disappointed at quality of the work done to my car. Not only that the water leak from headliner mic issue and gas tank auto shutoff issues were not fixed, there are many white stains left inside of my car, on the dark brown leather seats and carpets. I bought this RX because of Lexus has the reputation of building quality and reliability cars and the professionalism behind the brand. This has not been the case for the RX I own. I am disappointed at Lexus brand as a whole and question if I will consider my next purchase to be a Lexus again. If anyone from Lexus headquarter would like to learn more about my experiences, feel free to reach out to me. I would hate such a good brand go down the drain :( Thank you!
