Frank’s customer service was well intended, “reporting findings” and fine. It’s the “diagnosing ” Dept that I feel disappointed and question future repairs that I might need. When frank called me and reported damaged shock absorbers and “boot”, I couldn’t believe it. I called my husband and he corroborate with me that we had these same repairs done less then a year ago. When we mentioned it to Frank he reviewed the hx of repairs and shared that “all” these were done and should still be under warranty. We had to leave our car over night. We had planned to travel out of the town that night but we had to change our plans. When I went the next day to pick my car, they did not change the shocks as they were “fine”. “They were so shinny and clean we thought it was leaking oil that was there, but the shocks were fine” I question how many ladies have you lied to and have them pay for services that “looked” damaged. I thought I go to have my car serviced with “professionals” that depends on looks only? How can I trust your judgment in the future? My family lives are on the car. You have broken my trust in you. I am very disappointed and from now on I will have to get second opinions whenever you tell me something is broken. Nancy Cheang RN.
