Normally our cars come with a complimentary wash and it is sanitized. This time it was not. When I asked them to take it back they brought it back in about 5 min and had just hosed it off. Still was dirty and barely wiped off. This is NOT the service we are used to

Not sure about the tech’s recommendation about shifting the subframe to make the car go straight. From the alignment figures, it didn’t appear much was done to the wheels for the alignment. Disappointed with the outcome that the alignment service could not fix. The subframe recommendation was also $700.
The loaner vehicle was not clean. It had stains throughout the mid console.
But Man Wong was great, top notch as usual.
