The use of a loaner car is a nice touch. Juan, who picked up my car and delivered the loaner car and returned to pick up the loaner was very professional and nice. I also appreciated the text message letting me know that all was going well with my car.

Past Longo Lexus experience were not good that I would drive to Lexus Westminster instead. But this time it’s better especially with the 20LE01 Service Campaign from Lexus Corporate. Instead of replacing the servo motors for $2400, I just needed a reprogram and a $306 AC Recharge which was better price than $600 in Oct 2020. Plus, I got a loaner car. And this time I was not forced to give 5 stars.

The service was good but I saw room for improvement. Many elements of a high class dealership, plenty of courteous staff and pristine environment. Their processes could improve: 1) we made the appointment in advance with all of the requested services already confirmed, we arrived 15 minutes early, and it took slightly more than an hour to leave. That is too slow. 2) we brought the car in at 10:45 and was told there was a possibility that it could be completed the same day. It was not crucial because they provided a loaner vehicle. However, they should have provided an updated completion status in the late afternoon.
