he is very cool and nice. i asked him for a rag so i can wipe the inside of my car as it got very dusty from whoever was inside and john even began wiping it down for me. i did not expect him to do that because i was going to do it myself but it shows that he cares. aside from John, it would be appreciated if dirty marks made inside would be cleaned before giving the car back.
