Beau is awesome as always! He even stayed late to wait for us because we were stuck in traffic just so he could go over and process all the paperwork for us. The car was supposed to be done by3-4 for the oil change and a recall only. The consultant changed the plan and time last minute and was told it will take an hour more and when I was on the way back to dealership. I told him I need to get my car as it had to be somewhere. The car was delivered to me 15 min later than the expected time without the car wash and recall was taken care of. I was not overal happy with the experience
