over charged.your co charge 153.00 for just touching a children safety switch for the driver side rear door lock. Although I complained and was promised to get a coupon from the co ( don't know how much) but my expectection is to get credit to my credit card because I paid through my credit card. By receiving the coupon, I don't have the freedom to spend this amount of cash for a while.

I purchased my tires with Longo at the 30,000 mile service. At this service (55,000) 1 tire developed a bubble on the edge. At first my service advisor John Chang indicated it would not be covered. I brought the issue to the attention of service manager Mark Berube and Mark handled it to my satisfaction. It's because of people like Mark and decisions to take care of the customer that I will continue to purchase my vehicles with Longo and get them serviced there.
