I made an appointment for 745am, my wife received a text message saying my car was not serviced until 11am. If I would've known my car wouldn't be serviced until 4 hours later, I wouldn't have rushed making it my appointment and be with out a car for so long. When I met with the service rep, I gave them my phone number to call me as soon as my car was ready. I never got a call. I called at around 1pm and still my car was not ready, again I left my phone number. If it wouldn't have been for my wife telling me the car was ready (all text messaging was sent to her who was never at the dealer at the time of service) I would have never known my car was ready for pick up. Customer service in sales the best but it lacks in the service department.
