Longo Lexus was terrific. Jennifer Nam did a great job with me. I love that Longo was very responsive, kept in constant communication with me with text updates to let me know where they were at with the job, that they washed my car and filled up the gas tank. Truly top notch service. There's no other dealer around here that goes to this extent to please the customer I am convinced. This is not the first time I've been a customer at Longo and because of things like this it will not be the last time either.

Could not open trunk as they left the vallet lock on and had to drive back after leaving to get it fixed. The service department could have told me how to unlock it over the phone when I called. No car wash this time not sure why.
