I hope the person who assists the customer at the time of service. He shall look out more.
Usually I wait around 2 hours the max. Actually, my car is ready, but the person did not follow up paper work right away. I got to wait up one hour extra for it. How I noticed because there are other customers arriving after me who got to pick up the car before me. ......... think what exactly happening here.

Honestly very disappointed with the service I've received since the last time I brought my car in back in October. No follow up was ever done with the issue. I had to follow up myself about the issue from October. I feel like nothing would have ever been done if I didn't call the service department myself. I had already spent money on new brake pads 2 weeks prior to bringing my car in for the technical service bulletin that were later replaced when this issue was finally resolved.

I had an issue with something poking under the seat leather. Kelly Yang had the team look into it and made the necessary fixes. In addition, a windshield washer nozzle was inoperative and found during the inspection. That too was fixed and covered under warranty. Great service to include a loaner vehicle.
