I researched the cost for an ordered part and I strongly feel it is overpriced.
It appears though I was charged nearly 50 percent higher for this part based on my cost research.
The part is an oxyzen sensor for my 2004 Lexus IS300.
The job to install this part is over 800. Extremely high.

Yes I'm very satisfied with my experience at Longo Lexus. This was my first time there and I don't think I will go to another Lexus dealer. I looked in side my car and nothing was touched all my personal stuff is here some few dollars i had in my car are still there. But i also have to say that Frank Larusso is a graet very experience service consultant explained everything to me with alot of detail answer all my questions and the times I will call him and leave a message he always called me back within minutes. I will let my friends know about him that have lexus so they can go with him.
