After removing the plastic floor mat,and placing it in the trunk someone stained the carpet with a large black shoe print.

I am really not happy with the service that Eliseo Villanueva provides.
When I check in he was very helpful and polite but his attitude changed when I come in to get my car. I asked him about the release button of the trunk of my 2007 he 350 was melted and is it the cause of defective parts ? He said No. Customer have to pay for that and very unfriendly and when I say thank you and do a handshake. He just says thank you and not even looking at me.
