Eric was great. Wait time to speak to Eric sucked. There was an approximate 25-30 minute wait time from leaving my Lexus to speaking to Eric. Usually does not take that long to speak to the rep. Car was done very quickly, that was great.

I call Lexus to check on price on parts for a ignition the parts department it was 110.00 and and ask to transfer me to labor department to put it in it was going to be 60.00 I have toll the vehicle from Pasadena to El Monte Lexus the service when talk to Robert and explain what I was counted. I make me wrong and he was rude that what you get for not getting their people name so I ask to speck to manager he said that I was going to get 15% on parts and labor now you will be paying 550,00 then he call me to add another 399.00 for bracket the he call me again to said the part arrive but was the wrong part the call again to said that it need te whole Colin it cost 1,7500 it was the worse experience to many sorprices it was 6 days to complete the work I never received the 15% of parts and labor that the promised me I was very disappointed with services they offer I feel that they lie to many times i will pots it on yelp how bad of service it was and rip me off
