I thought you would like to be made aware that I was told the service would take less than an hour when I asked while making the appointment over the phone. He said to allow an hour just in case. When checking in, I was told it generally takes 2 hours. That was extremely frustrating to me because I would have made different arrangements than sitting and waiting. I said yes because it wasn't Jim's fault. Please educate everyone to be more up front with service times. It didn't matter to me at the time I asked if the person said one hour or four hours. I was looking for an accurate estimate so I could plan.

It will be great if I don't have to wait so long almost 2 and half hour for a new tire to put onIf we customers can have the waiting time cut short it will make the appt. more tolerable! Though your coffee , soft drinks and donuts are great treat but time is urgent! Thank you.
