Jennifer was awesome but only she was good. Not the dealership! Scheduling and timing service is bad (estimated time when scheduled the appointment on the phone was way off and I finally had to get a loaner car after I waited there for 30 minutes), valet staff customer service was bad (when I found out I had to get s loaner I had to ask the valet staff to pull out my car again so I could get my stuffs back but he gave me a bad attitude and asked me "do you really have to get your stuffs back?"), too many customers too little staffs, my car was there for a 60,000 miles major service and it costs 600 and Jennifer promised she would replace the spare key battery for me when I picked up my care (I left the spare key at home) but when I picked up my car, Jennifer' was on the phone so there was another who helped me to check out and he said the major service only includes one key battery, which for the most used key only. I was like 'you don't replace both key batteries with a 600 service just for check up?'. I told him it didn't make sense and said Jennifer promised me to do so. Luckily Jennifer was able to replace the 2nd key's battery for me when I get her attention. The dealership is old and small, no desk for my own laptop (I thought I would pick up my on the same day if I only had to wait for 2 hours so I brought my laptop with with me so I could work but you guys didn't even have enough chairs). I would rate this dealership as low as I can overall but I do want to rate Jennifer the highest score. She was nice and helpful. She even had to pull up my car for me since your valet staffs were not available.

David was great and I had a good experience with him. A little disappointed that the service area was being renovated so the waiting area was not as pleasant and the typical amenities (snacks and drinks) were not available.
