Communication was not great as I was told my car may not be done that same day. Then I got a text that said my car was being worked on and two hours later I came back to Lexus and it was just sitting on the lot. Then I was told any noise issues aren't worked on on the weekend. Why could I have not been told that from the start instead of maybe this or that? It took a whole week to get my car back. On top of that I'm missing my Lacoste hat that I left in the car. That's why I don't like leaving my car overnight
