Keep up the good work, my only complaint is about the snack you are serving for customers. Lexus of Santa Monica is much, much better than you are when in comes to snacks . You are just closer to where I lived that's why I go to you. Your service is ok.

I never met Daniel Lopez. He was very helpful when I talked to him on the phone and knew I was getting my car towed to Longo late on a Friday afternoon.He assured me that he would be there until closing at 7:00 p.mbut was "gone for the day" when I arrived with the tow truck at 6:30 p.m. Thankfully John Chang helped me that evening. The next day I received several texts from Daniel Lopez but did not receive a call from him. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told that Daniel Lopez was not in that day, so I asked for John ChNg and he told me he would be my service advisor and that thecar would not.be ready until Monday. Then late Monday Daniel Lopez called and said it was ready. I wasn't able to pick it up until Tuesday afternoon and didn't see either of them then but had to wait about 10 minutes for a cashier to check me out because only one was working. None of this is a measure of good service!

Monica Lopez was great. But, not sure why technicians always feel the need to change the radio station and leave it on when delivering vehicle back to customer...makes me think, what else are they doing with my vehicle in terms of personal property?
