Jennifer is great: she's professional and effective. But, the service people were too slow and not efficient. I feel my time was wasted. Why should I wait for fall an hour simply to get my car back after it's service was completed.

After I checked in for my appointment I waited 30 minutes, no adviser came, I checked with front desk, then waited for another 20 minutes, checked with front desk again, still no adviser, then I talked to one of manager for the waiting issue, and finally an adviser came up to take care my maintenance. The 50 minutes wait time is unacceptable. If I did not ask front desk, I don't know how long I would wait.
I don't know if Mr. Wong is responsible for my wait time or he did offer good service.

The service was excellent but I just had to wait about 45 minutes to get it. I had an appointment at 19:15 am and didn't have my initial conversation until 11:00am. Is there a way to speed that up? Once I was helped, the service was excellent.

Frank did an excellent job taking care of my car service. The inside experience was great. Just a note of concern about check in outside. I edited 15 minutes in line in my car waiting for an associate to get to me. More associates are needed to expedite this part of service. First impressions not great. After service at Glendale Lexus.
