Customer service from man Wong was good but the brake dust problem was not taken care of. Should have replaced brake pads. They may have been defects. Longo service was not willing to change them. Very unhappy. If I new the dust from the brakes would be this bad in a couple of days I would never had bought this car, especially at 45k. This is the 3rd car from longo but unhappy with the service out come of the brake problem

Everything went well with the exception of the way they leave your car after supposedly washing it. It had water marks all over the car and windows. I had to take clients out to lunch and I actually went to a car wash after I left Longo.

OK, the check-in process outside was really slow, I got to the dealership early but ended up being late due to the line outside and slow processing of vehicles.
Man Wong, however, was helpful and very efficient.
Hope somebody can review the outside queue to improve the processing times during peak hours.
I had not been to the dealership since the remodel but enjoyed the new environment. Thank you, was really a pleasant surprise.
