My service advisor, Eric Tran, was the best advisor I have had. I was very upset at receptionist and the wait time was much longer than What was told to me. I had seen that even though they said there was 1 person ahead of me but I counted 5 people called before me and then I went to complain about that. One of the receptionist said that there were a lot of people that came in without appts so that angered me even more. Eric knew I was upset and handled me with kindness and also did what he could to reduce the amount of the bill. He kept me up to date on what was happening with my car. I will definitely call him directly the next service that's needed. Thanks so much eric!! You were totally awesome!
