Jennifer is great. I brought my daughter's car in for service. She lives in the Santa Barbara area. I mentioned to Jennifer that I don't even think about using the Santa Barbara Lexus dealership. My daughter was going to be down to visit me so we made a plan that I would take the car in. I love the service at Longo and I especially appreciate the attention to detail by Jennifer. My daughters car was waiting in the drive when I came to pick it up today. Jennifer understands that I am on a tight schedule.
