Jennifer Nam is the very best Service Manager at Longo Lexus! She had my flat tire changed on my car within about an hour and 15 minutes and since the tire had a warranty it was at minimal cost to me. They should institute cash awards at Longo Lexus, for example I received numerous cash awards at the Treasury Department for my excellent work as a Bank Examiner, so Jennifer can be rewarded for her outstanding work. I will see no other Service Manager other than her at Longo Lexus because she is the very best!
