We had an appointment at noon, we showed up a few minutes before. We were required to wait until 12:40 before someone called us, after my wife went tot the front desk. We we checked out. We had to wait another 30 minutes or so while the service agent finished the paper work even though we had informed him that we were coming to get the car 30 minutes earlier
