It could be better if you actually had our car ready when you say it's ready for pick up instead of giving us a dry run because our vehicle was parked in an inaccessible area.

Unfortunately the concierge/valet staff seemed disinterested in me pulling up in not evenacknowledging even my presence like saying I'll be right with you. Also when I pick up my car it wasn't like it has been in the past where the valet has waited until I get to the car to hand me the keys which was the gracious standard in the past. Rather he wanted to hand me the keys halfway between the bench and the car and my hands were full. I had to ask him for help. So I don't know if there's a new manager out there or what is going on. It just wasn't as pleasant as it has been in the past where you all have exceeded my expectations of service. Also The wait when I had an appointment was nearly 30 minutes which never happened in the past.

But,since I have the opportunity,I'd like to comment on your new decor. If I may be so bold: WHAT was Longo thinking? A real step down in sophistication.And it must be harder on your employees (this is my own opinion-not based any comments by your employees).Unless you're paying them well I predict highter turnover. That noncolor color scheme, the pandering welcome sign - (we're all American),the glaring lights, the forced eye contact for customers with other customers in that face to face seating. I am not meaning to be rude, just blunt. Thank you for basically good service, still, though. And thank you for the refreshments.
